- Processing Time: Our products are expertly hand crafted and completed in the UK when you order taking a maximum of 5 business days to fulfil. So you can rest assured of their immediate freshness and quality.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 business days. During busy periods or over weekends this can mean an order can take between 10-14 days to arrive at your door.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Shipping Carrier: We use Royal Mail for all standard deliveries and DPD/ Evri for any bulk/ artwork orders.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- International Shipping: This is also calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Import Taxes: If your country taxes imports then this is your responsibility to pay upon receipt. Fortunately this normally only applies to very large volume orders on occassion.
